Volunteer Coordination Officer (Shaping a Resilient Future)

Finn works in community engagement within the cultural sector, supporting diverse groups through creative participation. He has previously coordinated volunteers in both the heritage and community sectors, notably leading The Courtauld’s largest public inclusion project focused on the digitisation of the Conway Library. As an artist and designer, Finn co-founded A+E Collective to explore ecology through art, which has since shaped his thinking. In early 2024, he deepened his connection to his Armenian heritage, discovering the rich craft traditions of the culture. Currently, he enjoys exploring ceramics within his own artistic practice.
