Phoebe Harris, Timber frame building and conservation

Phoebe Harris, from Sussex, has a long-standing passion for timber framing and the conservation of historic timber-framed buildings. She was awarded a training bursary in 2025, to help fund her place on the MSc in Timber Building Conservation at the Weald and Downland Museum, providing the academic and practical skills she needs to excel in a male-dominated craft.
