Makers Content Lab

Introduction & upcoming sessions

What is the Makers Content Lab?

An exclusive opportunity for Heritage Crafts Members and Recipients Only.

Social media and content creation have become essential skills for promoting your work, sharing your practice, and building community around your craft/trade. Yet there are few opportunities for makers to learn how to participate meaningfully in this digital space.

The Makers Content Lab is a new programme of online sessions designed to help you build confidence, develop practical skills, and explore what social media can look like for you and your craft. It is a supportive space to:

  • learn about content creation in an accessible, maker‑friendly way
  • share good practice and simple tools
  • explore how social media can support your craft or business
  • connect with others navigating similar challenges

We are initially hosting four sessions, with the intention to grow this into a longer‑term network if there is strong interest.
