About
Rachel is a basketmaker who specialises in traditional English and French-style willow basketmaking. She also makes frame baskets. She makes to commission as well as selling from her website and workshop and at shows throughout the year. She also makes contemporary work and smaller sculptures including living willow.
Rachel trained with Adrian Charlton and was recently awarded a training bursary from the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers to train with Eddie Glew.
She teaches beginners and intermediates throughout the year in her workshop and at the Gardeners Bothy, The Black Country Living Museum and the Greenwood Trust.
