With 30 years’ experience in the industry, Nigel has built a strong reputation as a maker of quality bespoke goods whilst maintaining the ethos, Quality Matters.
The items he makes are done so using traditional and timeless techniques and are all completely handmade.
In recent years, Nigel has turned his extensive knowledge and skill towards teaching.
He now runs courses for absolute beginners to adept and advanced leatherworkers including many other teachers.
His willingness to share his knowledge is driven by the desire to ensure the old skills are not lost and the craft is kept alive.
Whilst Nigel continues to make goods to order in his workshop, he spends much of his time teaching students from across the globe and can often be found in America teaching his skills to other talented leatherworkers.
Nigel is a published author of two leather working books, 'Leathercraft' and 'Belts' he has produced a large number of instructional online videos to help budding leatherworkers that can be found on his website and on YouTube.
