About
I began making bobbin lace when I moved to Oxfordshire, a traditional lacemaking county. My craft practice is focused on the preservation of traditional English lacemaking techniques. This involves studying antique laces, replicating original patterns, and documenting the history of lacemakers in England past and present.
When bobbin lace was added to the red list of endangered crafts, I began my involvement with the "lace revival" and now offer lace classes in and around Oxford.
