About
Cathy Wright is a spinner and weaver based in Liverpool teaching workshops around the North of England.
With a love of wool and all it's properties Cathy works closely with farmers to take the fleece from the animal to the completed project getting the best from each breed.
The fibre is processed, carded or combed, spun, dyed then woven to produce a completely original piece of work. This knowledge is then passed on through her workshops
She runs spinning and weaving workshops for complete beginners through to more advanced students and a monthly meet up for like minded lovers of wool
