In just over five years it has made significant achievements in the recognition and celebration of traditional crafts, from hand-spinning and green woodworking to cutlery and shoemaking. Current staff vacancies:
Executive Director (0.6 FTE)
The Heritage Crafts Association is at an exciting time in its growth, and is now seeking an Executive Director to oversee its day-to-day operations. The postholder will be tasked with championing and promoting heritage crafts knowledge, skills and practices as a vital part of the UK’s cultural heritage, supporting the existing and future craftspeople with whom these skills reside, and fostering a favourable political, legislative and funding environment to ensure these skills are safeguarded.
